The Project consists of the construction of mosques, imam houses etc., comprising of four Mosque Complexes on four different sites as follows: COMPLEX (A) Standard Daily Mosque Type DM11 & Imam House Type 5 & Moazen House Type 1 At Al Gharrafa. a) Single Storey DM 11 Mosque approximately 428 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 230 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar. • Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men • Ladies Prayer Hall for 50 Worshippers • Ablutions facilities and toilets for women. • DAWA Room with pantry. • Minaret and water tank area. • Courtyard. b) Standard Imam House Type (5) approximately 167 m² comprising Majlis, 3 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, 2 No. Bath, Toilet, Courtyards. b) Standard Imam House Type (1) approximately 107 m² comprising Living Room, 2 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bath, Toilet, Courtyards. c) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services. d) External Works approximately 4188 m² comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 45 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services d. Boundary Wall, Courtyards around Imam and Moazen House. COMPLEX (B) Standard Daily Mosque Type DM10 & Imam House Type 5 & Moazen House Type 1 At New Doha. a) Single Storey DM 10 Mosque approximately 225 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 188 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar. • Ladies Prayer Hall for 25 Worshippers • Ablutions facilities and toilets for women. • Minaret and water tank area. b) Ablutions facilities and toilets for Men c) Standard Imam House Type (5) approximately 167 m² comprising Majlis, 3 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, 2 No. Bath, Toilet, Courtyards. d) Standard Imam House Type (1) approximately 107 m² comprisingLiving Room, 2 No. Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bath, Toilet, Courtyards. e) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services. f) External Works approximately 1459 m² comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 23 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Infrastructure Services d. Boundary Wall, Courtyards around Imam and Moazen House. COMPLEX (C) Demolish and Rebuild Mosque No. (591) At Umm Slal Mohammad. a) Two Storey Mosque approximately 564 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 240 Worshippers and Mehrab, menbar. • Ladies Praying Area for 45 Worshippers, Ablution, and Toilet. • Ablutions facilities and toilets. • Imam House comprising: Majlis, Two Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom and Courtyard ( in first floor ). • Moazen House Majlis, One Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom and Courtyard (in first floor). • Minaret • Open courtyard water tank and Electric room. b) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services c) External Work comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. Infrastructure Services COMPLEX (D) Daily Mosque AT Umm Slal Ali. a) Two Storey Mosque approximately 465 m² comprising: • Main Prayer Hall for 213 Worshippers and Mehrab. • Ablutions facilities and toilets. • DAWA Room with kitchen. • Minaret. • Moazen House comprising: Living, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom. • Imam House comprising: Majlis , Living, Two Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom , Toilet ( in first floor ) • Open courtyard water tank d) Associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Services e) External Work approximately 245 m² comprising: a. Hard Landscaping b. 4 Nos. of Car Parking & Drive Way c. Boundary wall with two doors. d. Infrastructure Services. The Construction duration of each complex is 365 days.
